Passive House 001 is a study in a series of homes by Clutch Design Studio, based on the PHIUS Passive House Building Principles. Minimal glazing, southern exposure, a compact floor plan and a high performance building envelope are principles explored in this study. The floor plan can easily be modified to fit urban or rural sites, with or without a roof terrace as zoning allows.
