Originally built in the 1960s for an oil and gas company, Clutch Design Studio renovated this building in the Baker neighborhood of Denver to become their new headquarters. Transforming the low ceiling, closed offices into an open studio workspace, including a materials library, kitchen and conference rooms. The renovation required an entirely new mechanical, electrical and plumbing system inside the 4,800 square foot space.
