Stuart Street House

This newly constructed residence nestled in Denver’s West Highland neighborhood is an urban home that responds to the familiar, traditional materials of the precedents nearby, with a massing of a more contemporary fashion. An open stair on the north façade provides soft light throughout the house. It represents a collaboration between the Owners: a family that desired an elevator addition while under construction, and Clutch Design Studio, to create a subtle and crafted residence.
