Charleston International Airport

Located in Charleston, South Carolina, the Charleston International Airport was a 30-year-old terminal in need of a transformation. The goal of the renovation was to bring the charm and beauty of the city and the Low Country into the airport and reflect the culture upon arrival. Major renovations included re-vamping the Ticketing experience, Central Hall Concessions, Baggage Claim and administration offices. Other additions included a new security checkpoint, as well as additional gates to accommodate an increasing influx of passengers traveling into this charming Southern city. A new Rental Car Pavilion and Central Energy Plant were additional components of the renovation; all of which were completed while the airport maintained full functionality.
